The information in the members only portal, including the directory, is for Society use only.  It is intended for individual communication of a personal nature among members of the Society.  Use of the contents of the directory or other information within the portal for any other purposes, including commercial contact or political mailing is strictly prohibited, violates the copyright, and constitutes a misappropriation of proprietary information.  Under no circumstances may the directory, or any other information in the portal, be used for mailings or solicitations by any individual, business, campaign, or organization without the prior written permission of the Council of the Society of Colonial Wars in the State of Maryland.
